So the dust is starting to settle for most people now as we all ease back into our “normal” daily routines. And here at the studio we’re kickstarting our pre-registered programs and specialty classes.
Here’s a brief list of what we have starting up in January:
- Yoga for Beginners: This program is recommended for those new to yoga (not so new) and who want to establish a solid foundation for their practice. The new sessions start January 5th!
- Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Yoga (programs start on January 6th)
- Gentle Yoga 50+ (starts January 12th)
- Hormone Yoga Therapy (with Anna – starts Thursday January 15th)
- Meditation Made Easy (with Ian – Mondays 8:35 – 9:45PM)
- Yin Yoga by Candlelight (with Ashleigh – Sunday February 8th, 7PM)
- Yoga for Kids (with Lilian – starts Monday January 19th)
- Tween Yoga (starts Friday January 23rd)

Yin Yoga by Candlelight
Back by popular demand! Join us for a beautiful and peaceful evening of Candlelit Yin Yoga. Refresh and renew yourself by journeying inward and discovering your inner glow. Limit of 15 participants so secure your spot now. (February 8th 7-8:30)
Yoga for Beginners
New to Yoga? Looking to step on the mat for the first time? Then the Yoga for Beginners series is perfect for you.
This program is recommended for those new to yoga and who want to establish a solid foundation for their practice.
Meditation Made Easy
If you’re looking for a fun, warm and inviting class to help you touch the deep stillness that is within you our Monday night meditations are exactly what you need.
Come and join other like minded individuals who are looking to make meditation a part of their lives. (Mondays 8:35 – 9:45)
Our Prenatal Yoga classes offer women the opportunity to connect with other pregnant women in a nurturing environment as they gently and safely support their changing bodies, minds and spirits under the careful guidance of wise, experienced and knowledgeable Yoga teachers. Only 15 spots available. New Wednesday evening class added!
Yoga is truly a gift and at Body to Bliss Yoga, we believe the earlier we can share this gift with our children, the earlier we can enrich their lives on so many levels.
Throughout the year, we offer classes for children ages 3-18. We’ve got new programs starting this January!
Restorative yoga uses props to help people achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
We have two Restorative Yoga classes in February, Sunday February 4th and Sunday February 22nd – Limit 10 people per session.
Looking for a fun, healthy bonding experience once you’ve become a new Mom? Then the Body to Bliss Postnatal Yoga program is for you. Immerse and surround yourself in a loving and supportive community of Mothers to help and guide you through this new time in your life. Limit of 15 participants.
