We all came together and raised $1200 to help the earthquake victims of Nepal! Thank you.

There’s so many courses and programs out there that it’s tough to know what things are actually going to help us learn, grow and heal.

That’s why I take great care to ensure that the workshop facilitators that I bring into the Body to Bliss community are authentic, wise and caring.

One of those people, that I’d love for you to meet is Caroline Dupont who will be leading our upcoming Yoga of Sacred Song and Chant night. It’s taking place on June 6th from 7 – 9PM. If you’re still on the fence about coming to the event (which I’m really surprised more people haven’t registered for) then I would ask:

Crown ChakraOn Saturday May 30th we will be finishing up the Chakra Activation Workshop Series. In this final class we’ll be journeying through and exploring the Crown Chakra.

On Sunday May 31st we’re offering a special Yin Yoga by Candlelight class. Explore the quiet inwardness and peace of long-held gentle poses in a Yin practice. Yin is a form of yoga that creates space in the fascia, joints, ligaments and connective tissue by deep stretching and holding postures around 5 minutes.
