The community here at Body to Bliss Yoga is continually growing and evolving.
It’s so beautiful to see everyone supporting and loving each other.
And last weekend we had the chance to grow the bonds of love through partner yoga and deepen connections with family yoga (25 people came out for that one. Packed house and so much fun! Pictures will be coming soon)
This Sunday’s Restorative Yoga class is Sold Out! But we’ve added 2 new dates for March.
Here’s what we have in store for you:
- Yin Yoga by Candlelight (Sunday March 1st)
- Yoga for Beginners (Starts Monday March 2nd and runs for 8 weeks. If you’re new to yoga or really want to work on the foundations for a life-long practice then this program is for you.)
- Pre-Natal Yoga (Starts March 3rd and runs for 9 weeks)
- Mommy & Baby (Starts March 5th and runs for 9 weeks)
- Full Moon Meditation and Kundalini Yoga (March 5th)
- Restorative Yoga (Sunday March 8th and Sunday March 29th)
- Acro Yoga (Saturday March 21st 2-4PM $40 per couple)
- 8 Week Stress Reduction Program (Starts April 1st)
- The Chakra Activation Workshop Series (Begins Saturday April 11th. If you’re going to be taking the upcoming Reiki Level 1 Training then it’s highly recommended that you register for this series)
- Reiki Level 1 Training with Ian (Saturday June 27th and Sunday June 28th)

Chakra Activation Workshop Series with Ian
In this workshop series we’ll reveal to you information about the Chakras, the positive and negative thought patterns associated with them, key questions to ask yourself about each Chakra, healing affirmations to help your bring your life back into the flow, yoga postures for each chakra and more…
Restorative yoga uses props to help people achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
We have two Restorative Yoga classes in March, Sunday March 8th and Sunday March 29th – Limit 8 people per session.
Yin Yoga by Candlelight
Explore the quiet inwardness and peace of long-held gentle poses in a Yin practice. Yin is a form of yoga that creates space in the fascia, joints, ligaments and connective tissue by deep stretching and holding postures around 5 minutes. March 1st.
Our Prenatal Yoga classes offer women the opportunity to connect with other pregnant women in a nurturing environment as they gently and safely support their changing bodies, minds and spirits under the careful guidance of wise, experienced and knowledgeable Yoga teachers. Only 15 spots available. New Wednesday evening class added!

If you’re looking for a fun, warm and inviting class to help you touch the deep stillness that is within you our Monday night meditations are exactly what you need.

The Yoga for Beginners program is recommended for those new to yoga and who want to establish a solid foundation for their practice.
