Speaking of stepping into the light, this weekend Tony will be helping us move beyond our Shadow selves in his Shadow Workshop taking place on Sunday May 3rd. You’ll uncover why you have developed certain behaviour patterns and character traits, and receive guidance on how to change your thoughts and actions to reflect who you really are.

Sunday is a busy day at the studio. We also have the special Kundalini Yoga & Full Moon Healing Meditation Circle taking place from 7 – 8:30PM.

Chakra Activation Workshop Series – The Heart Chakra – Saturday May 2nd - $25 Heart Chakra The heart chakra is the energy center for experiencing love, compassion, self-acceptance, and balance in life. The energy of the heart centre has a profound impact on all aspects of our-selves, and the negative patterns imprinted on this chakra may have serious repercussions for the heart’s physical health as well.
