Home For The Soul

Hi everyone,

Are you all looking forward to this long weekend as much as I am?

We’re getting some great feedback regarding our partner yoga classes and some of you are so excited to join us with your kids on family day.  Just remember that you have to sign up in advance for all of these classes so please don’t wait too long to avoid any disappointments.

Some of you were asking if your spouses with minimum or no yoga experience can still enjoy the partner yoga sessions we are offering?

I would honestly say, an open mind and a sense of humor is all you need for the active partner yoga and a willingness to just let go for the relax and release class.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard partners say how happy they were to have given yoga a try to see how challenging it could be but also how relaxing and fun at the same time.

Partner yoga truly gives the participants a better appreciation of each other and a deeper respect for  one another when seeing each others’ differences while making them workable in such a short time.

Events

  • Partner Yoga with Amanda and John – Sunday Feb. 14th, 1:30 – 3:30 pm,  $60/couple
  • Relax and Release for Partners – Saturday, February 13 from 2-4 PM or Sunday, February 14 from 4-6 PM, $100 Per couple, 2 couples per session maximum (4 people)
  • Relax and Release: Restorative Yoga and Thai Massage, Sunday February 28th
  • Restorative with Christina Sunday March 13th, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
  • Hatha Flow, Feb. 15th 9:00-10:45 am

We didn’t forget about Family Day and of course we want to make sure that you have a chance to bring your entire family to enjoy a fun filled class on February 15th from 11-12 with Amanda, $15/parent and child, $10 per additional adult, $5 per additional child.

We will also have a regular morning class from 9:30 – 10:45 however, our evening classes are cancelled for Monday February 15th.

Tony will be starting a chakra series this Friday as part of his regular classes. The focus will be on one chakra a week, doing postures accompanied by dialogue designed to simulate the specific chakra.
