Woodbridge, Vaughan Yoga Studio
So exciting! We just announced our Summer Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Program!
Did you know we have a lending library? It’s back by the change room. Ian recently added some more books to it. You’ll find inspirational works from the Dalai Lama, Robin Sharma, Osho, Napoleon Hill and more.
Books are wonderful and magical tools that can help us on our journey. They can inspire us, bring us new insights, help us understand an experience we’re going through and so much more. So stop by and have a look. You may find exactly what you’re looking for.
There’s been a lot of changes happening to the Yoga community in Woodbridge and we feel blessed to be a part of it.
I would like to welcome all the new students who have discovered us recently. Which reminds me of a quote I saw not too long ago, “You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you’ll discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover is yourself.“
As mentioned in the last newsletter, spring is a time of change and renewal and we are working on some wonderful ideas which will be revealed shortly.
As a start to some of the changes I’m excited to announce that starting in April, Miriana will be teaching the Wednesday night 7:15 class in addition to her regular Saturday morning class at 9:30. We are also changing our Wednesday yoga flow class time from 6 to 7 to 5:45 to 7:00 pm.
Speaking of schedule changes, on Good Friday (April 3rd) there will only be the morning class from 9:30 – 10:45, regular hours for Saturday, no classes for Easter Sunday (April 5th) and back to regular classes on Monday April 6th.
I’m not sure if you saw that we have a special Restorative Yoga class coming up on the evening of Friday April 10th from 8:30 – 9:45PM. It’s the first time we’ve ever offered it.
On Saturday April 11th we kick off our 7 week Chakra Activation Series by diving deep into the Root Chakra. It’s only $25 to attend ($150 if you register for all 7 which is a savings of $25). → Click here to find out more and to register.
