Yang/YinYoga: is a class dedicated to balance. The first part of the class will focus on a more yang practice of sun salutations and standing postures. The second part of the class will provide longer holds for yin poses such as seated, twists and lying postures. The practice offers a different flare to the traditional Hatha classes, balancing both aspects of energy – yang and yin.
Core Yoga: Your core is your power centre; focusing on the abdomen, psoas, gluteals, pelvic floor, and back. Core Yoga is about building from the foundation in order to help strengthen, bring awareness and stability to the body. In turn the body will be able to practice any pose(asana) in any form of yoga. The class welcomes students of all ages, levels of fitness, and experience. By bringing awareness and focus to the core, one works to eventually call to and find their best in each pose.
Vinyasa Flow:Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
Yoga Flow: Based on a Vinyasa yoga practice and combined with Hatha flow practice, you will enjoy the movement connected to breath and experience the postures in your body naturally.
Looking for a gentler way to help you open your body and mind and reach your state of BLISS? You must come out and try these classes:

Hatha Flow I/II: An energizing and integrative flow that combines sun salutations, standing postures and floor work, while flowing with ease from one pose to the next.
Yin Yoga: This class is designed to open the tight areas of the body through long holdings. Focus is specifically on hips, hamstrings and the spine. A regular Yin yoga practice helps to maintain mobility throughout and offers invaluable psychological benefits for those who gravitate towards physically challenging activities.
Slow Flow: Poses are explored by focusing on breath and muscles used to support the posture, creating awareness of the body and mind connection. A wonderful way to challenge yourself, your body and your mind chatters.

More and more people are plagued by stress on a daily basis. Many are living with feelings of deep, nameless fear that seems to come from nowhere. The fact is that many of us are sleep-deprived or sleep-disturbed – waking up every night at 2 or 3 o’clock with fearful thoughts. Yoga Nidra is a modern technique based on ancient wisdom which helps us integrate and remember how to feel whole again.
If you can lie down for 40 minutes, you can do Yoga Nidra.
