Restorative Yoga & Meditation

Experience guided meditation through relaxation and breathing.
Train the mind to induce a mode of consciousness and be present in your body. Let the mind simply acknowledge it’s thoughts without becoming identified with its content. Bring balance, rest and a growing sense of inner peace.
Reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia while creating calm and clarity, concentration and creativity.
Once your mind is relaxed, surrender your body into restorative yoga poses through the support of various props such as pillows, blankets and bolsters.
The body is deeply relaxed while resting in gentle poses and receives the nurturing it seeks to restore, recharge, and revitalize.
