About HYT:
HYT is a natural form of yoga for hormonal problems. Through Tibetan energy breathing techniques and exercises and controlling the energy flow in specific energy channels of the body, HYT works directly on targeted glands. During the practice of HYT, the pituitary and thyroid glands and the ovaries and adrenals, are stimulated to reactivate hormone production. As a consequence, most of the symptoms are eliminated and hormonal balance is restored. By using the body’s natural resources, HYT also assists in healing polycystic ovaries, and in keeping the body fit and flexible. As estradiol levels increase, HYT also helps in the prevention of osteoporosis and cardio-vascular diseases
